Knitting and weaving for kids in the Norsk Folkemuseum Weavery

From 12:00—16:00 on Saturday and Sunday, even the smallest hands can try out knitting and weaving, with guidance from the Norsk Folkemuseum's own experts.

Fiber Swap

For the third year in a row, you can get your fix of new yarn AND do your part in saving the planet at the OSF Fiber Swap! Bring along some unloved yarn and exchange it for some cheeky new additions to your stash!

Cake it!

Just treated yourself to some yummy yarn in the marketplace and ready to cast on right away? Bring along your freshly bought skeins to our Ball-Winding station and cake up those bad boys! If you’ve never tried caking before, one of our volunteers will be on hand to help you — and you won’t believe how oddly satisfying it is!
