About the instructor:

Renate Yerkes, of Elephino PDX, loves being part of the "slow fashion" movement and designs with a fresh spin on traditional knitwear construction. Empowering makers to gain 'know-how' on new techniques in knitting through the patterns and workshops she offers is a principle aim. Her #1 aim, however, is that every design encapsulates FUN, function and beauty! Renate works as an artist in Portland, Oregon, her place of residence.
